Plan your own self-guided tour at Greenbelt farms with the kids, learn about our rural tenants and operators and how they run their businesses, and bring home local and fresh produce. Enjoy a unique experience and discover the wealth of amazing small and large farm businesses in our region!

About the activity

This activity is suited for people of all ages. Below is a list of participating farms that offer visits and outdoor kiosks to purchase fresh produce.

    • Farm store: 10 am to 6 pm
    • Farm tour: 11 am to noon
  • BeetBox
    • Farm store: 10 am to 1 pm
    • Farm tour: 9 am
  • Ottawa Farm Fresh
    • Farm store: 9 am to 5 pm
    • Farmer Jo guided tour: 1:30 pm to 3 pm
    • Virtual self-guided tour: 9 am to 5 pm
  • Mike's Garden Harvest
    • Farm store: 9 am to 4 pm
    • Wagon rides from 10 am to 3 pm
  • Mādahòkì Farm
    • Farm store: 11 am to 4 pm
  • Just Food
    • Farm store and activities : 10 am to 3 pm
    • Presentation : Forêt Capitale Forest, in partnership with the NCC Forestry team will present what is the Miyawaki Method (also known as tiny forests).
  • Wesley Clover Parks
    • Barn tour and “pet a horse” activity: 1 pm to to 2:30 pm
    • Soccer field tour and soccer drills with coach: at 11:15 am and 1:30 pm
    • Nordik trail tour and dryland training
