Buying a pass online
You can buy a pass in person or online. If you buy it online, your personal payment information will be collected by a trusted third party and stored by the NCC to respect your privacy.
There is a fee to access the cross-country ski, snowshoe and snow biking trails in Gatineau Park. You can purchase a daily pass, or save with a season pass. Be sure to wear your pass in plain view.

On sale at the Visitor Centre, at the parking lots (cash, exact amount only) and online as soon as the winter season launches.

- Prices above include tax.
- Group rates: 10% discount on purchase of 10 to 24 passes. To buy more than 24 passes, contact the Visitor Centre (819-827-2020 option 1).
- Full-time students (age 25 and older) must purchase their pass at the Visitor Centre to take advantage of the student rate. Valid student ID and class schedule are required.
- Free access to all trails for children age 12 and younger.
Discount for members of partner centres
Members and season passholders of the following centres receive a 50% discount on a Gatineau Park daily pass:
- Sépaq centres: Camp Mercier, station touristique Duchesnay, and Mont-Mégantic, Mont-Orford, Mont-Saint-Bruno, Mont-Tremblant and Oka national parks
- Mont-Sainte-Anne
- Craftsbury Outdoor Center
- Hardwood ski and bike
- Domaine Saint-Bernard
Present your valid season pass at the Gatineau Park Visitor Centre in Chelsea. Offer is valid for the current season only.
Season passes
National strike affecting Canada Post: delivery delays expected
If you do not receive your pass by the start of the winter season in Gatineau Park, you can still access the trails by presenting your purchase receipt.
On sale online as of October 21, 2024, and at the Visitor Centre as of November 11, 2024. Season passes bought online are sent by mail.

Borrow a pass from the library
Use your library card to borrow a daily pass from public libraries in Ottawa, Gatineau and the Outaouais region and access the cross-country ski, snowshoe and snow biking trails for free. Visit the libraries’ websites to learn more about terms and conditions.
