Type of accomodations

In winter, there are 11 ready-to-camp units, four individual and two group winter campsites for tents, all located between 1.2 km and 4.6 km from the main parking lot. Campers must access their site by either snowshoe or ski. Walking is not permitted on ski and snowshoe trails; it makes the surface uneven and hardens the trail base, creating conditions that can be dangerous for skiers.

All ready-to-camp units are equiped with bunk beds, table and chairs, cooking items, solar-powered light, wood stove, refrigerator or cooler, cooking surface, a fire pit with grill, and parking for one vehicle (located between 1.2 and 4.6 km from the site).

Dry toilet on-site. No services (electricity, water or sewers).

Four-Season Tents

Halfway between a tent and a rustic cabin, the four-season tents provide extra comfort in nature. Featuring a prospector tent-style design, the V-roof tents offer a unique outdoors experience with some basic amenities.

Yurts

Looking for some extra comfort? These popular units may do the trick! Yurts are a circular structure with a cone-shaped roof and skylight, set on a wooden platform.

Cabins

Located large private sites, these wooden structures are the ideal getaway for those looking for a unique experience in the great outdoors.

Capacity: 6 guests for the Pines cabin; 16 guests for Philippe cabin

For the more adventurous, Gatineau Park has four individual winter campsites for tents. Each site includes a fire pit with grill, firewood and a picnic table.

Capacity: Minimum of 2 guests

The Park also has two group winter campsites for tents. Each site includes a fire pit with grill, firewood and a picnic table.
