Winter campsites in Gatineau Park are only accessible by skiing or snowshoeing in (pass required). This makes for a truly immersive experience in the National Capital Region’s conservation park.
Comfort stations and the camp store are closed in the winter.
Ski and snowshoe rentals
There is no ski or snowshoe rental service at Philippe Lake. Ski and snowshoe rentals are available at shops near Gatineau Park, including Relais plein air.
Water and baggage delivery service
- Water (18 L): $25 (purchase only)
- Baggage delivery*: $165
* One delivery per stay only. The baggage delivery sled is 2.4 m long, 81 cm wide and 38 cm deep. Consult the ready-to-camp amenities list to find out what to bring.

- On your arrival, the service is available between 1 pm and 3 pm
- On your departure, the service is available between 9 am and 11 am
Book the delivery service upon reservation, or add them to a new or existing reservation by calling us (819-827-2020, option 1) at least 5 days prior to your arrival (cut off time is 4 pm).
