Reservation policies

Winter camping reservations are accepted online or by phone (1-866-560-6133). In winter, you can book only one stay per transaction.

• Booking: Opens November 30, 2025
• Season: December 22, 2025 to March 31, 2026

• Five days or more: You may make changes up to 5 days before your reservation. An administration fee of $11.50 will be charged. You may also include a water and baggage delivery service ($).
• Four days or less: Reservations cannot be changed. You may add or modify a water or baggage delivery service ($).

• Five days or more: Unless you have previously changed your reservation, you may cancel and get a refund up to five days before your reservation, including your water and baggage delivery service. The $11.50 administration fee will not be refunded.
• Four days or less: Refunds will not be issued*. No exceptions for cancellations or shortened stays because of:
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Late arrival
  • Early departure

*If the trail network is closed, the Gatineau Park team will contact campers at least 24 hours ahead of their reservation to issue a refund or discuss a potential modification to the reservation.
