Reservations are accepted online, by phone (1-866-560-6133) or in person upon your arrival at the campground (based on availability). Between June 17 and September 4, 2022, Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved together.
To change or cancel a reservation, sign in to your account on the reservation platform.
Changes
Five days or more: You may make changes up to 5 days before your reservation. A fee of $11.50 will be charged for administration.
Four days or less: Reservations cannot be changed.
Cancellations and refunds
Five days or more: With certain exceptions, you may cancel and get a refund up to five days before your reservation. The $11.50 administration fee will not be reimbursed.
Exceptions:
- Previously changed reservations
- A reservation during the following periods:
- St. Jean Baptiste Day: June 23 to June 26, 2022
- Canada Day: June 30 to July 3, 2022
- Ontario Civic Holiday: July 29 to August 1, 2022
- Labour Day: September 2 to September 5, 2022
- Thanksgiving: October 7 to October 10, 2022
Four days or less: Refunds will not be issued with the exception of refunds granted due to public health restrictions.
No exceptions for cancellations or shortened stays because of:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Non-recommended trails
- Beach closure
- Late arrival
- Early departure
- Fire ban notice
Reservation policies are subject to change without notice, due to changes in recommended health measures.
