John Blias is a senior architect with the NCC’s Design and Construction Division. At the NCC, John has been involved predominantly in the design and development of projects for the official residences of Canada. He has also participated as architecture representative in the NCC’s approval and design review committees for various Capital projects. John has worked for architectural practices in Toronto and Ottawa. His graduate research focused on continuing architecture as proof of memory.
