  • What we collect: Contact information and credit card information.
  • Why we collect it: To process your request to book a campsite or ready-to-camp unit in Gatineau Park and to maintain records of revenue, in accordance with the National Capital Act.
  • How we use it: Camis collects your information through the online form and Moneris processes your payment.
  • How we keep it: The NCC retains your information (excluding credit card information) for 10 years, as outlined in the NCC PPU 065 Personal Information Bank. The NCC, Camis and Moneris do not keep credit card information after the transaction.
  • Who can access it: Your personal information will only be accessed by staff members who need it to process your request.
