A section of the Ottawa River Pathway is closed for construction of energy/gas systems for Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Energy Services Acquistion Program (ESAP).

- Location: The Ottawa River Pathway underpass under Wellington Street, between the Mill Street Brewery and the Trans Canada Trail.

- Impact on pedestrians and cyclists: Pedestrians and cyclists will be directed to cross at the Portage and Wellington intersection. Cyclists, please yield to pedestrians.
