Thomas is a graduate of the Telfer School of Management and has had experience in real estate sale transactions, mortgage financing and property management. He has a firm understanding of land development principles and parameters, along with knowledge of the evolving commercial real estate market conditions. Thomas collaborates with internal and external stakeholders regarding optimizing land use of NCC assets for defining and pursuing various activities to develop and implement long-term land optimization projects.
