Caroline has worked for the Municipality of Chelsea since May 2015, and currently works as acting coordinator. She previously worked for the Ville de Gatineau. She attended Université Laval from 1995 to 2001, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, and a master’s degree in land use planning and regional development.
