Caroline Guimond has lived in LeBreton Flats since 2010. As a career diplomat, she has represented Canada around the world for three decades on issues of migration and refugee protection. She is currently continuing her commitment to migrants and people in exile as a special advisor at the Metropolis Institute and as president of Synergies migrations in France. She also sits on various committees.
