Bill directs the NCC’s rental portfolio of commercial, residential and agricultural properties, which includes over 500 leases and 1,000 buildings. Bill has been with the NCC since 2012, and has spent nearly 20 years working in the real estate sector in both private and public practice. Bill holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
