We are excited to invite you to two open-house sessions for the Alexandra Bridge Replacement Project. These events are an opportunity to view the proposed design concepts and provide your valuable feedback.
During these open houses, you will have the chance to:
- View the proposed design concepts
- Engage with project team members and ask questions
- Provide your input and feedback on the proposed design concepts
Your participation is essential in helping us shape the Alexandra Bridge replacement. We look forward to meeting you and hearing your thoughts.
Gatineau Open House
- Date and time: Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 4 pm to 9 pm
- Location: Canadian Museum of History, River View Salon, 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau
- Transit directions: To reach the museum by Ottawa or Gatineau public transit, please use the OC Transpo or the Société de transport de l’Outaouais trip planner. Both Ottawa and Gatineau’s paratransit services provide transportation for eligible users to and from the Canadian Museum of History.
- Bike racks: Bike racks are available on the plaza and close to the Panorama Café terrace.
- Parking: Paid underground parking is available on site.
- Good to know: Light refreshments will be served. A children’s station will be available.
Ottawa Open House
- Date and time: Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 4 pm to 9 pm
- Location: Shaw Centre, Gatineau Salon, 55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa
- Transit directions: To reach 55 Colonel By Drive by Ottawa or Gatineau public transit, please use the OC Transpo or the Société de transport de l’Outaouais trip planner. Both Ottawa and Gatineau’s paratransit services provide transportation for eligible users to and from the Shaw Centre.
- Bike racks: Bike racks are available along the Rideau Canal at the intersection of Colonel By Drive and Daly Avenue.
- Parking: Paid parking is available on site.
- Good to know: Light refreshments will be served. A children’s station will be available.
