The NCC has partnered with local cafe, bistro and restaurant entrepreneurs to enhance the experience of our Ottawa urban parks and shorelines. Each NCC Bistro features a modern patio design in a unique location, and offers an exciting assortment of food and beverages.

NCC Bistros
Bistro at Remic Rapids Park
The NCC Bistro at Remic Rapids Park provides an opportunity to stop and refuel after an outing outdoors. It’s the perfect place to take in the panoramic views of the Ottawa River.
Location: Remic Rapids Park, Kichi Zībī Mīkan, Ottawa ON K1A 0K9
Hours: Closed for the season (no longer operating in winter)
The Bistro and its associated parking lot will be accessible during NCC Weekend Bikedays. This park is enterable by car via the Kichi Zībī Mīkan (east) or Goldenrod Driveway.
Bistro at Patterson Creek Park
The NCC Bistro at Patterson Creek Park is located in a beautiful park, next to a quiet creek in Ottawa’s family-friendly Glebe neighbourhood. The creek flows into the adjacent Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which, in summer months, is popular with runners, walkers and cyclists.

Bistro at Confederation Park
Located near the historic Rideau Canal and steps from important landmarks, the NCC Bistro at Confederation Park is a true urban oasis, conveniently tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ottawa streets.
Location: Elgin Street and Laurier Avenue, Ottawa ON K1P 5J2
