To have access to NCC activities, such as bike, walking and boat tours associated with Open NCC, you must read and accept this privacy notice.

Your personal information is being collected under section 10 of the National Capital Act, which authorizes the National Capital Commission (NCC) to collect your personal information. Should you not agree to the collection of your personal information, as listed below, you may not participate in Open NCC activities, such as bike, walking and boat tours.

Here is how the NCC manages personal information.

• Why we collect it: To enable registration to various activities.
• Other uses: The NCC will not use this information for any other purposes.
• Who do we share it with: NCC staff, to fulfill registration, and then it is destroyed.

You have the right to request access to your personal information held by the NCC and also to request corrections to it if you believe that the information is erroneous or incomplete.

You are entitled to file a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner should you be dissatisfied with the handling of your personal information.
