To buy a season parking permit to Gatineau Park and Leamy Lake, you must read and accept these terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions

Where you can park: This parking permit is valid at all paid parking lots in Gatineau Park and Leamy Lake Park, including:

  • Mackenzie King Estate (P6)
  • Meech Lake (P11, P12 and P13)
  • Philippe Lake (P20, boat launch and Parent Beach)
  • La Pêche Lake
  • Leamy Lake Park

How to display your permit: Your permit must be clearly displayed on the rear-view mirror or dashboard and your vehicle must be parked in a designated spot. It is forbidden to park vehicles in a way that can block traffic.

Permit duration: The permit is valid for the year indicated on the front of the card.

Permit limitations: Parking capacity is limited; the permit does not guarantee a parking space. The NCC reserves the right to limit the number of seasonal permits issued. This permit may not be valid during special events.

Refunds and replacements: All sales are final. Lost or stolen permits must be replaced at your own expense.

Ownership of permit: Permits remain the property of the NCC and may be confiscated by NCC staff at any time.

Acceptance of risks

The NCC, Precise Parklink and Moneris are not responsible for the theft of, or any damage to, the vehicle or its contents. You park your vehicle at your own risk.

By parking in areas designated by the permit, you are releasing the NCC, Precise Parklink and Moneris from any liability for damages or losses caused by the parking of the vehicle. This includes all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses for any injury, including death, or any losses or damages to property. This release is made in your name and on behalf of your heirs, successors and dependants.
