To buy a winter pass for Gatineau Park, you must read and accept these terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions
Access: This pass is only valid on the Gatineau Park winter trails designated for your type of activity.
Display: Your winter pass must be clearly displayed on your person at all times while using the trail network, so that patrollers can easily identify it.
Validity: The permit is valid for the year indicated on the front of the card.
Refunds and replacements: All sales are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost or stolen passes must be replaced at your own expense.
Ownership: Winter passes remain the property of the NCC and may be confiscated by NCC staff at any time.
Acceptance of risks
The NCC, Parkpass Project and Stripe are not responsible for any damages incurred while using the Gatineau Park winter trail network and its infrastructures. You use them at your own risk.
By purchasing a winter pass, you recognize that cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snow biking involve potential risks. The holder of the pass releases the NCC, Services récréatifs Demsis Inc., Parkpass Project and Stripe from any liability for damages or losses. This includes all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses for any injury, including death, or any losses or damages to property. This release is made in your name and on behalf of your heirs, successors and dependants.
