Reservations are accepted online, by phone (819-827-2020) or in person upon your arrival at the campground (based on availability). Between June 12 and September 7, 2026, Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved together .
To change or cancel a reservation, sign in to your account on the reservation platform.
Changes
Five days or more: You may make changes up to 5 days before your reservation. A fee of $11.50 will be charged for administration.
Four days or fewer: Reservations cannot be changed.
Cancellations and refunds
Five days or more: With certain exceptions, you may cancel and get a refund up to five days before your reservation. The $11.50 administration fee will not be reimbursed.
Exceptions:
- Previously changed reservations
Four days or fewer: Refunds will not be issued*.
No exceptions for cancellations or shortened stays because of:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Non-recommended trails
- Beach closure
- Late arrival
- Early departure
- Fire ban notice
*If the trail network is closed, the Gatineau Park team will contact campers at least 24 hours ahead of their reservation to issue a refund or discuss a potential modification to the reservation.
