All winter campsites in Gatineau Park – ready-to camp units or sites for tents – are only accessible by skiing or snowshoeing in (pass required). There are no walking trails to get to your site.

You’ll need to ski or snowshoe 2.5 km to 6.3 km, depending on your site’s location. Walking with boots on ski and snowshoe trails is not permitted as it destroys our trail maintenance work and creates dangerous conditions for trail users.

Ready-to-camp units

Ready-to-camp units include four-season tents, yurts and cabins. All units are equipped with the same basic amenities. Each unit has a nearby dry toilet and no utilities (no electricity, water, or sewer), except for the mini-chalets, which are equipped with electricity. Please note that there is no running water (potable or otherwise) in or near any of the ready-to-camp-units. Please plan accordingly.
