Harminder Kaur is Director of Project Management within the Design and Construction Branch at the NCC. She currently leads a team of project management professionals in rehabilitation and real estate construction projects. She has seventeen years of experience in program and project management.
Harminder started her career in project management, managing construction projects at Canadian airports. Following this, she transitioned her career to consulting, working at both engineering and project delivery consulting firms. Harminder joined the NCC as Director of Engineering Assets in 2022. Harminder has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from McGill University.
