How can organizations build and engage communities online? The key is to reach today’s audiences where they spend their time, by leveraging new and existing digital platforms.
In March, our Urbanism Lab will explore case studies from organizations that have adapted their messages for social media, voice search technology like Alexa and Google Assistant, geo-tagging, and chatbots. Their digital engagement efforts have meant that they have been able to have their voices heard more broadly and get direct feedback when they needed it.
The importance that these organizations have placed on digital engagement have positioned them at the forefront of communications, and established them as value-added partners in their communities
