The annual public meeting (APM) is an opportunity for the NCC to provide an overview of its accomplishments over the past year, an outline of its priorities for the year to come, and a medium through which members of the public can ask questions of the NCC CEO and Chair.
In keeping with the advice of public health authorities regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, extra precautions are in place this year to promote physical distancing and minimize risk to speakers and participants. For this reason, this year’s APM will be held exclusively online.
A live webcast will be available on the NCC’s YouTube channel, featuring simultaneous interpretation in both official languages. Interested members of the public can submit questions ahead of the event using the comment box below, or by writing to info@ncc-ccn.ca. All questions and topics will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis, so submit yours early.
NCC Chair, Marc Seaman, and CEO, Tobi Nussbaum, will be presenting the NCC’s year-in-review and current priorities in the APM webcast. A moderator will then relay questions submitted by members of the public, to which the CEO and Chair will respond.
