Rita has been chief of the architecture group at the NCC since 2018. This group develops architectural projects on NCC properties. She was previously with the federal land use and design approval group as architect approval manager. Before joining the NCC in 2015, she worked in the private sector in Montréal and abroad in medium-sized and large firms, working on a variety of building uses.
