Anne Ménard is the vice-president of the Capital Stewardship Branch at the National Capital Commission (NCC), and has over 25 years of experience in the areas of government relations and public policy. She has worked as project coordinator for the Office of the Chair of the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton, in the House of Commons as the executive assistant to a member of Parliament, and eventually reported to the Minister of Internal Trade and Deputy Leader of the Government of the House of Commons as senior policy advisor responsible for the National Capital Region. She left Parliament Hill for Ottawa City Hall in April 2005, and was recruited by the NCC in 2009 for her experience in government relations, as well as in managing complex issues and building partnerships. She joined the Executive Office in November 2009 as government relations advisor, was appointed chief of staff to the CEO in June 2016 and took over her new responsibilities in Capital Stewardship in April 2018. Anne Ménard graduated from the University of Ottawa in 1992.
