This type of accommodation offers an ideal way to escape the day-to-day routine. In the winter, the cabins are popular with skiers and snowshoers, who enjoy the Park’s vast trail network.

Four-season tents

These attractive, V-roof tents offer a unique outdoor experience. Featuring a rigid canvas construction on a wooden platform, the tents are perfect for groups of four people. Depending on the season and the particular tent site, there are a variety of experiences to choose from: in summer, the tents are accessed by car; in winter, access is by ski or snowshoe along a trail of a few kilometres.

Yurts #

Yurts

Our popular yurts are circular structures with a conical roof, set on a wooden platform. The large windows, wooden floor and skylight add a touch of charm to these rustic shelters. All are furnished and equipped, and some even feature a view of the lake. Each of the four yurts can accommodate six people, and can be rented year-round. In summer, the yurts are accessed by car; in winter, access is by ski or snowshoe along a four- to six-kilometre trail, depending on the yurt location.

Cabins

Do you dream of spending time in a rustic little cabin in the woods? Each of Gatineau Park’s cabins is an oasis of peace and tranquility. Located on large, private, wooded sites, these four wooden structures accommodate groups of 6 to 17 people. Three of the four cabins are better equipped than the other ready-to-camp units, as they have a refrigerator, stove and a barbecue that function year-round. Access varies according to the season and the site selected. The choice is yours.
