Due to the new health measures imposed by the governments of Québec and of Ontario, the National Capital Commission (NCC) agreed to extend to February 8, 2021 at noon (EST), the deadline to submit a proposal to the Request for Qualifications for the Library Parcel development at LeBreton Flats, in Ottawa.
The NCC is sensitive to the challenges that these new measures may pose for potential proponents.
