Horseback Riding

​Did you know that there is a 10-kilometre horseback riding trail in Gatineau Park?​​ In the Greenbelt there is a 9.6-kilometre trail for horseback riding.

Greenbelt

The Equestrian Trail is located south of Ottawa in the Pine Grove area and is run by the Club équestre Ramsayville Equestrian Club (CEREC).

Riding Schools

There are six horseback riding schools in the Greenbelt:

Gatineau Park

The equestrian trail is in Luskville, and is open annually from June 1 to October 31. To use the trail, contact the Pontiac Equestrian Association, and please note that a daily fee is required. The association is responsible for trail maintenance and managing memberships; it does not rent out horses or provide trail rides.

There are outhouses at the Luskville Falls parking lot and at the Church Hill picnic area.

Parking
