Frog Chorus

Spring is in the air, and frog songs fill the night. Join a specialist in the amphibians of Gatineau Park, and learn more about frogs, toads and salamanders. The Park is home to about 15 species of amphibians.

The activity starts at the Visitor Centre with an indoor presentation on the different species and their calls. Then it continues at nearby ponds, to listen to the concert first-hand and identify who is doing the “singing.”

This Friends of Gatineau Park activity is for persons aged 10 and older. Reservations are required.

Please wear high rubber boots, and bring spare socks and a flashlight.
