100 Years of Remembrance: Canadians in Belgium in the Great War, 1914–1918

Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm
Thursday, 10 am to 8 pm

The exhibit that Belgium will present at the International Pavilion in 2017 is entitled “100 Years of Remembrance: Canadians in Belgium in the Great War, 1914–1918.”

This exhibit will put the centenary of the famous Battle of Passchendaele (1917) forward to raise awareness among Canadians about how their forebears suffered, fought and lived in Belgium during the First World War. Two acclaimed small-scale exhibitions will be presented, complemented with material from the Canadian War Museum.
